What our natural horn processing is about
In addition to our creations catalogue, we realize exclusive and high-level accessories starting from customers’ idea or design. We collaborate with clothing, leathergoods and jewellery industries, distinguishing ourselves for the attention to details and service flexibility.
Once selected the most suitable raw material for the project, we realize the design that is transferred from the computer to the machine tools for the cutting process.
The final prototype involves various laser cutting tests with different powers, in order to obtain the optimal cut of the shape. Finally, it is manually resumed to carry out drilling, shaping, tumbler polishing (with ceramic and pumice) and shine finishing (with wood tumbler and brightening pastes, or with rotating fabric brushes and polishing pastes).
